- Technical specification and current certificate of analysis.
- Ingredient, processing and flow-chart information.
- Allergen, GMO, irradiation and nanomaterial statements where relevant.
- Origin, traceability and batch-coding information.
- Food-safety certification and audit information.
- Microbiological control plan and pathogen-reduction evidence for dry coconut.
- Contaminant, pesticide and residue-control information.
- Packaging specification, shelf life and storage conditions.
- Organic, Halal, Kosher, Fairtrade or sustainability certificates when contracted.
Organic products
Organic status is only valid when the exact product, producer and supply chain are covered by the appropriate certification. Before using an organic claim, the customer should verify operator certificates, product scope, transaction documents and labelling requirements under the applicable EU framework.
Customer-specific specifications
Published website information is a commercial overview, not a binding technical specification. The final approved specification, contract and batch documentation govern each supply. Customers should notify us of critical limits, analytical methods and restricted substances before sample approval.
Continuous supplier management
Supplier performance should be monitored through batch conformity, complaints, delivery reliability, document validity and risk review. Where business volume justifies it, quality agreements, change-notification requirements and annual review processes can be established.
