1. Data controller

The controller is Conviccion Financiera S.L., Spanish tax ID B23944630, registered address at Calle Buenos Aires, 56, 3º C, 30500 Molina de Segura (Murcia), España. Contact: legal@thecoconutsupplier.com · +34 633 830 385.

You may write to legal@thecoconutsupplier.com for any clarification about the use of your data, to request access or rectification, or to make other data-protection requests.

2. Data we process

We may process name, company, email address, telephone number, country, product of interest, volume, certifications, enquiry content, source page, language and commercial follow-up information entered by our team in the CRM. The website CRM does not retain the IP address as part of the contact record. Analytics, marketing or external-content technologies may process identifiers and technical data only in accordance with the visitor’s consent choices and the provider configuration.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and quotation requests: taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and managing the commercial relationship.
  • Managing B2B relationships and follow-up: legitimate interest in organising and documenting existing commercial opportunities, balanced against the rights of business contacts.
  • Website analytics: consent where Google Analytics or another non-essential technology is used.
  • Marketing and advertising measurement: consent where Meta Pixel or other advertising technologies subject to consent are used.
  • External content: consent to activate videos or embedded posts that involve communication with third parties.
  • Security and compliance: protecting website integrity, preventing abuse and complying with legal duties or handling claims.

4. Retention

Commercial enquiries may be retained in the CRM for an indicative maximum of 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contractual relationship, legal obligation, claim or documented need justifies a different period. Cookie preferences are retained for up to 24 months unless withdrawn or materially changed. Contractual and tax records are retained for the periods required by law.

5. Recipients, providers and transfers

Data may be processed by providers supplying hosting, email, maintenance, security and technology infrastructure. If the relevant categories are accepted, Google (Analytics/YouTube), Meta and other social networks whose content or technologies are enabled may also be involved. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, the mechanisms and safeguards required by data-protection law must be applied.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. For any clarification or to exercise these rights, write to legal@thecoconutsupplier.com.

If you believe your rights have not been adequately addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Cookies and preferences

Please see the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time through the manager:

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in processing, providers, tools or legal requirements.
